As a premarital, marriage, and family therapist, I specialize in helping teens, adults and families overcome trauma and anxiety. By integrating therapeutic techniques along with faith-based principles (upon client request) I guide individuals & couples in developing effective coping strategies to foster healing, strengthen relationships and live a more fulfilled purpose driven life.

I began my journey in education, earning my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan before completing my Master’s in Counseling at Central Michigan University. With over sixteen years of experience as a teacher and counseling since 2016, I’ve seen firsthand how crucial emotional support is for students and their families.

My passion for mental health grew from my time in the school setting, where I witnessed the deep need for guidance beyond academics. This inspired me to pursue a career in counseling, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate emotional challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal from past traumas, build resilience, and become the best versions of themselves—academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
