(Telehealth)
My goal as a therapist is to create a relational space where you can process, grow, and heal in a collaborative environment of change. Many clients thrive when we explore values-based decision making for lasting change, so I primarily use cognitive-behavioral techniques in an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework. I specialize in helping adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma, but also have experience providing therapy related to moral injury, stress, chronic pain, relationship issues, addiction, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Bearing witness to clients' deepest emotions and experiences is a powerful privilege, and I value the relationship we will create together in pursuit of your growth.
As a National Guard spouse who has worked with many members of the military, veterans, and their families, I have a special interest in helping clients work through the challenges that military life may bring. I received specialized training in working with Veterans and their families at the VA and through my Masters degree program at Michigan State University as a graduate of the Combat Veterans Certificate program.
